I purchased this uniform while SORD was attempting to purge their remaining supply of them. They’ve since moved onto a different design with different fabrication methods.

Within days of light use some of the buttons fell off. I was terribly disappointed with this development. I contact SORD after I had already sewn the button back on.

SORD offered a discount code along with an offer to repair the pants. Since I had already repaired the pants and told them that wasn’t necessary.  They were aware that the buttons were a weak point, and had addressed it in their new uniform design.

Knowing SORD was moving forward with a more robust button attachment method I was satisfied with the resolution. I will be steering clear of their older generation uniforms, but it has not affected my view of them as a company.
